What a crazy long day! The race went extremely well, especially with the storm that dropped 1.25 inches of rain right before we started! Thanks to Kent's remote forecasting we were able to warn racers and spectators in plenty of time and to protect sensitive equipment. Because of his forecasting the week prior to the race, he was even able to pinpoint a potential downburst (that part of the course was thankfully was not in the race due to a last-minute change the week of the race, again because of Kent's forecasts.)
